new to yoga...
so i am 14 and planning on starting yoga with my friend(she has been doing yoga for awhile now) and i am wondering if there is anything i should do to prepare for my first class?
New to yoga
I have back pain(lower and neck) and apparently (my mom said this is one of the reasons for back pain is because my i lean forward (something to do with my pelvis). I got to a chiropractor and i get massages(rarley..but i am getting one soon...goody goody gum drops)but my back still hurts. So someone suggested that i try yoga so i am going to classes but i wanted to try a little before i go. Does anyone have some suggestions that are good for my back and neck?
