My iPod just came back from being fixed and it wont go back to Mac format. OMG it is spazzing out! i just skipped half the song and went to the next one! HELP!!!

If you've done all the steps in GeekSugar's links and it is still spazzzzzzing you might have to send it back to apple 
I would hope a restore would fix you right up though.
