I want to have strong abs....any suggestions on what to do?

stand up while you watch tv. and turn your hips from side to side. Or, if that doesn't sound too appealing, stand during the commercials.

pilates is all about strength training. Or try using a an inflatable ball! I love these things--I use them for push ups and sit ups but there are all kinds of work outs you can do on them. If you roll over the ball so your body is like a plank--feet should be the only thing on the ball and hands under your shoulders, try doing push ups, you will not only feel it in your arms but you will REALLY feel it in your abs because you have to use your core muscles for balance.

Maintain good posture when standing/sitting.

I actually think the fitsugar abs work out is quite effective, just gotta do it everyday.

Some cardio workout contributes to abs strength; bike riding and the rowing machine are my suggestions.

Yoga and pilates workouts often have great core toning sequences that really target the abs (you can feel it, I promise.)

Good luck, I'll be working on my own abs too!
